What is your experience in childcare and how long have you been in business?
I have over 30 years of experience in childcare and education and have been in business as Coutts Childcare since registering with Ofsted in 2009. We have cared for many children of all different ages and backgrounds.
 
What is your daily schedule and routine for the children, including meals, playtime, and napping?
Our daily schedule includes a variety of activities such as indoor and outdoor play, meal times, napping, educational activities, arts and crafts and daily trips out to the farm, park, groups. We ensure that each child has a balanced schedule and that their individual needs are met.
 
What is your staff to child ratio?
Our staff to child ratio is 1:4, which allows us to provide individualized attention to each child in our care.
 
Are your staff trained in first aid and early childhood education?
Yes, our staff are trained in first aid and have early childhood education qualifications or are working towards one. We believe it is important to have staff who are knowledgeable and skilled in providing the best care for children.
 
How do you communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities?
We provide daily updates to parents.
We also regularly update parents of their child's progress and discuss any concerns they may have.
